At Elise Design, your satisfaction is our priority. If your purchase isn’t exactly what
you expected, we offer flexible return options for Australian customers to help you
find the perfect fit.
Please ensure your return aligns with our policy before initiating the process.
 
Change of Mind Returns
We offer returns for change of mind, provided the following conditions are met:
1. You initiate your return within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. The item is in its original, unused condition with no damage or creases.
3. The original swing tag is intact and item is in perfect condition.
4. The item is not marked as "Outlet".
 

Once we receive your return, we’ll assess whether it meets these criteria. Please
note that delivery costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
 
Faulty Item Returns
If you receive a faulty item, we’re committed to resolving the issue in line with
Australian Consumer Law. You’re entitled to a refund or replacement. 
If your order has a manufacturing fault, please contact us via Live Chat.
 
 
Return Process
1. Pack the item securely in the original-packaging and ship them to Elise
Boutique, 195 King St, Newtown NSW 2042
2. Initiate your return via our returns portal with Reference number outside parcels 
3. Once your returns reach us, you will receive an email notification to confirm
“received”
4. Ensure all your details are correct on the return label
5. Once your return is received, please allow 7-14 business days for processing.
6. Shipping charges are non-refundable, however exchanges due to faulty item will
not be charged shipping cost.
 
 
Important Information
• Store Credits: Issued for the item’s value (excluding shipping). Credits are non-
transferable and do not expire.
• Return Packaging: Returns must be shipped in original packaging.
• Responsibility: The returns cost is the customers responsibility unless the product
is faulty.  We are not liable for lost or stolen returns.

We understand that buying online doesn’t allow you to try garments on and sometimes things don’t fit or just don’t suit you. Therefore we offer 14 day returns or exchanges. Items must be unworn with all tags still attached. Postage and associated costs for returns remains your responsibility. FAULTY ITEMS
We take pride in the quality of our products and we strive to ensure you don’t receive faulty items. However, if for some reason you receive a less than perfect product, please return it and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.
